Crew get one link that holds every event they're on

A regular supplier doesn’t work one event for you, they work twenty. Handing them a fresh link for each one gets old fast. The crew portal fixes that: it’s a single, personal link a crew member can bookmark on their phone, and it lists every event they’re on with you, upcoming and past, plus their own profile and photo.

This week it got easier to move around.

Back to where you came from

Open the run of show for an event, click through to your portal, and the portal now shows a quiet “Back to [event name]” link at the top so you can hop straight back. It only appears when you genuinely arrived from an event, and the reference is checked server-side, so a stale or unrelated link simply doesn’t offer it.

Your portal, right from the close-out

When a crew member finishes the close-out form at the end of a job, the thank-you screen now offers a third option alongside “Close” and “Back to run of show”: a link to their own portal, named for them (“Ben’s portal”). One job wraps up, the next one is a tap away.

Tap your photo to change it

Small thing, long expected: on the portal header, tapping your avatar now opens (and closes) the “Your photo” panel, so the obvious gesture finally does the obvious thing.
