Load a fully built sample event in one click

An empty events list is a bad way to learn what 1pm does. Reading about a run of show is one thing; opening a real one, following a crew link, watching a countdown tick, is another. So now you can load one without building it yourself.

One button, a whole event

On your events list there’s a Load sample event button. It drops in a fully populated corporate awards gala, the kind of evening 1pm is built for, with everything wired up the way a real one would be:

  • Ten crew members, including an executive chef with kitchen access
  • A space, and an eighteen-item run of show across crew, event, and per-crew requests
  • Planner notes, general event notes, and links
  • Working share links: the crew portal and the live run of show
  • RSVPs with a realistic spread, dietaries configured for the kitchen BEO, and a table assignment for every crew member

The timeline is anchored a few hours out so the live countdowns are actually live, and the last couple of items deliberately run long so you can see the Push and Push all buttons do their thing.

Remove it just as cleanly

When you’ve had a look, Remove sample event takes it all back out. Everything it created is tagged as sample data, so removal only ever touches the sample: your real events, contacts, and spaces are never in the blast radius. Load it, explore it, remove it, no residue.
