Deleted a timeline row by mistake? Undo it

Deleting a timeline item used to be a small moment of dread: a confirm prompt, and then it was gone for good. We’ve softened that.

Delete, then change your mind

Removing an item from the run of show now happens straight away, with no confirm box in the way. A green toast slides in with an Undo button and stays for twenty seconds. Click it and the row comes back in its original position, with its times, its crew, and any attached file untouched.

Gone from every view immediately

The moment you delete, the item disappears from the planner, the crew view, and the public live link, so nobody sees a row you’ve pulled. If you don’t undo, it’s cleared for good a little while later. The grace window is yours, and nothing lingers where you didn’t want it.
