Crew check-in and a live on-site headcount

On a busy event night you need to know who has actually arrived, not who said they would. Crew check-in gives you that, and it rides on the share link crew already have.

On their share link, each crew member gets a Check in card with one big button. A quick “Check in as [name]?” confirm stops a stray tap on a shared device, then they’re marked on-site. No login, no app to install.

You watch the room fill up

Your planner page has a read-only roster: who’s on-site now (most recent arrival first), and who hasn’t checked in yet. At the top sits the live on-site headcount, the single number you want during a roll call or an evacuation. Every check-in and check-out is timestamped and kept.
