Capture enquiries straight from your own website

Most venue enquiries start on the venue’s own website. Until now those turned into an email in someone’s inbox. Now they land in 1pm as Leads, ready to work.

One snippet on your site

Leads has an embeddable form. Copy the snippet, paste it into your website (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, a hand-built site, it doesn’t matter), and it renders inline and sizes itself so there’s no awkward inner scrollbar. It captures the basics (name, email, phone, event date, guest count, type of event, a message) and any custom fields you add. A discreet “Powered by 1pm” link sits beside it.

More than one form

Run separate forms for separate jobs: a Weddings form, a Corporate functions form, a private dining form. Each has its own snippet, its own fields, and its own wording (heading, intro, the event-type label, the submit button text). Hide the standard fields when you want something minimal.

Spam, dealt with

Every form is protected by an invisible challenge and a honeypot, so real visitors sail through and bots don’t. Anything that slips past lands in a Spam tab, and spam older than thirty days clears itself out.

Triage, then convert

New enquiries sit in an inbox with New, Qualified and Converted tabs, and a red badge on the sidebar tells you when something fresh has arrived. When one is worth pursuing, Convert it: 1pm matches the email to an existing contact (or creates one), spins up a tentative event seeded with everything the enquirer told you, and drops you into the event to fill in the rest.
