Reply to a lead without leaving 1pm
Capturing an enquiry is only step one. The back-and-forth that turns it into a booking should happen where the enquiry lives, not in a separate inbox you have to keep in sync.
A real conversation, in the app
Open a lead and you get the whole email thread. Type a reply, send it, and it goes out under your name. When the prospect replies, their answer threads straight back onto the same conversation. No copy-pasting, no losing the trail.
Save the replies you send every week
The first thank-you, your pricing and packages note, a “sorry, that date has gone” line: save them as reply templates. Each can have a subject and a body, and merge fields like [first name], [event date] and [guests] drop in the lead’s details when you send. Pick a template, tweak it, send.
Send from your own address
Out of the box, replies go from a 1pm address that threads correctly. Prefer your own? Set a custom sender so prospects see mail from your venue, verified through your DNS.
The inbox keeps itself current
When a reply lands while you’re looking at the list, it refreshes on its own. If you’re mid-thread, it won’t yank the page out from under you; a small prompt lets you pull in the new message when you’re ready.
