See your venue's diary on a calendar, and in your own

A list of events is fine for working through. For getting a feel for how busy next month is, you want a calendar. Now you have one.

Month, week, day

Every event is a chip, coloured by where it stands: enquiry, tentative (a soft orange hold), confirmed, completed. Filter by status, or by space to focus on a single room, and switch between month, week and day to suit what you’re checking.

Your bookings in your own calendar

Turn on the calendar feed in Account and you get a private subscription link. Add it to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar and your tentative and confirmed events appear alongside everything else in your day.

It’s one-way and read-only: changes flow from 1pm into your calendar, never the other way, so there’s nothing to accidentally break. Each entry carries the space, address, pax and a link back to the run of show. Rotate the link any time if you need a fresh one.
