Price an event with line items
An event’s value shouldn’t be a single number you type in and hope you remember how you got to. Now every event has a folio, a living price sheet built from line items.
Lines, groups and per-head pricing
Add a line with a name, an optional description, a quantity and a unit price. Group lines into named packages that show as headings. Mark a line per-head and its quantity follows the event’s pax, so a per-person catering charge updates itself when the numbers move. Drag to reorder lines and groups.
Tax that matches your country
Apply a tax rate to any line. Rates can be inclusive (baked into the price, the GST or VAT way) or added on top (the US sales-tax way). The maths happens when the document renders, so the figure you typed is the figure that stays.
It feeds your pipeline
The folio total flows into the event’s value automatically, so as you price the event your pipeline figure keeps up. When you’re ready to bill, one button copies the whole folio into a draft invoice, and the folio stays put as the event’s working record.
