Quote a lead, and turn a yes into an event

Between an enquiry and a booking sits the quote. Now it lives on the lead, uses the same pricing tools as everything else, and carries the prospect across the line when they say yes.

Built like an invoice, sent like a reply

Create a quote on a lead and price it with the same editor you use for invoices: catalog items, packages, groups, per-head lines. Send it through the lead’s email thread so it stays part of the conversation, with a link to a clean public quote page the prospect can open without logging in.

Accept creates the event

When the prospect accepts, 1pm turns the lead into a confirmed event and copies the quote’s lines straight into the event’s folio, so you’re not re-keying anything. Decline marks the quote and the lead closed, kept on record. Either way, nothing is lost.
