A reports section for the whole operation

The data was always in 1pm. Reports puts it in the shapes people actually ask you for, and lets you export every one to CSV.

What you can pull

• Events: every event in a date range with status, space, pax and value.
• Revenue: invoiced, paid and outstanding, with the tax total.
• Aged receivables: who owes you and how late, bucketed current, 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days.
• Leads: your enquiry pipeline and conversion rate over a period.
• Crew status: for one event, crew grouped by their compliance status.
• Contacts: your crew and supplier directory, filtered by tag, rating or a search.
• Requests: for one event, who has submitted and who is still outstanding.

Each report filters down to what you need, prints cleanly in full black (no faded ink that vanishes on a photocopy), and exports to CSV for your spreadsheet or your accountant.
