Calendar previews, and notes only your team sees

A pair of smaller touches that take the edges off the day.

Peek at an event without opening it

On the calendar, hover any event and a preview card shows the essentials: when it runs, access and vacate times, the space, pax, the client, the value, and a link straight to the run of show. Check a clash or a guest count without leaving the month. Start and end times now lead each chip too, the way they do in Google Calendar, so a glance down the week reads as what’s on and when.

Notes your crew never see

Every event now has a second notes field marked internal. Use it for supplier quotes, the things you don’t want on the run of show, the reminder that’s for your team and nobody else. Regular notes still go to crew on the live link; internal notes stay with you. The same accordion now reads Notes, Files and Links, since we dropped the redundant “Event” from each label.
