Log every conversation with a lead

An enquiry is rarely won in the inbox. It’s the call back, the text on the day, the site visit. Now all of it sits in one place.

Note, phone, SMS or meeting

Log a touchpoint against any lead and mark how it happened: a note, a phone call, an SMS or a meeting. Set the date and time it actually took place, not just when you typed it up, and edit or delete it later if you got a detail wrong. The thread becomes the full story of the lead, not only the emails.

Emails that tell you they landed

Replies you send from the thread now carry delivery badges, so you can see an email was actually delivered. If one bounces or gets suppressed, that shows as a non-delivery with a notification, so a dead address never sits there looking like it went through.

Check the date without leaving the lead

A “Check date” availability drawer sits on each enquiry, so when a lead asks “are you free on the 14th” you answer from the same screen instead of flicking to the calendar and back.
