Send a confirmation the client signs off

The BEO tells your team how the event runs. A confirmation tells the client what they’re agreeing to, and gets their name on it.

A document the client signs

Every event can now become a confirmation: a clean, one-page summary of the booking that the client opens on a public link, with no login. They read it, then sign off or decline right there. It paginates cleanly on A4 if they’d rather print it.

Show only what they should see

You decide what makes the page. Per-block visibility toggles let you keep the run of show, internal notes or supplier lines off the client’s copy while still showing the date, space, pax, service and the numbers that matter to them. One event, one source of truth, two audiences.

Know the instant they respond

When a client signs or declines, a notification lands in your bell straight away. No refreshing the page wondering whether they’ve looked at it yet.
