Build a proposal, block by block, and send it from the lead

A quote answers “how much”. A proposal answers “why us”. 1pm now has a proper builder for the second one.

Stack the blocks you need

Start from a template and drag in the blocks that tell the story: a logo, rich text you edit inline, images pulled from your Files library, a pricing block, and a schedule block that reads your run of show straight off the event. Merge fields drop in the client and event details as tidy chips, so one template serves every prospect without a find-and-replace pass.

Make it look like you

Set a heading font and a body font per template, size images how you want them (rounded, circle, or left as they are), and let the builder handle the spacing and heading rhythm so it reads like a designed document, not a form. The live preview shows it against a real event as you build.

Hosted, and sent from the conversation

Every proposal gets a clean public page on its own link, no login for the client to open it. Link a proposal template to a reply template and send it straight from the lead’s email thread, so the pitch lands where the conversation already is.
