Request packs that only ask what applies

A request pack saves the list you send every time, but not every client needs every ask. A couple marrying at the venue needs ceremony details; a couple marrying at a church down the road doesn’t. Until now the pack either asked everyone, or you deleted the asks that didn’t apply on each booking.

Show only when

Open an ask in a pack and choose + Show only when… at the bottom. Pick the question, then the answer. Ceremony details can wait until the client answers Yes to Ceremony on site?, and a couple holding it elsewhere never sees it.

The questions on offer are the pack’s Choice asks, plus any Contact field ask that fills in a choice field. Add a second condition and choose Match all (every one has to be met) or Match any (one is enough). Conditional asks carry a Conditional badge in the pack’s list.

On the booking

Add the pack to a booking, by hand or from a lead type, and each ask arrives with the same conditions, pointing at the questions that came with it. Untick a question when you add the pack and the asks that depended on it show to everyone on that booking instead.

When you change the question

Rename an option and the conditions on it follow the new wording. Remove one and the conditions on it wait for you to pick another answer. Delete the question, or change it to a kind that can’t be a question, and the conditions go with it.

Conditional sections and asks limited to named crew members are still set up on the booking, where the crew are.

Request packs covers packs in full.
