Inventory on the BEO and the crew briefing

Knowing you have 120 chairs on a booking is half the job. The other half is the person setting the room knowing it too.

On the printouts

The BEO and run of show printouts now include an Inventory block: each item and quantity on the booking, grouped by category, with where it’s kept and your notes. “120 banquet chairs, Shed” is enough for someone to go and get them.

On the live link, for the right people

Crew and clients see the same list in the briefing at the top of their live link, and on the printout from it, if their contact has Full BEO turned on. It updates as you change the booking. Everyone else on the link doesn’t see it.

The switch used to be called Full kitchen BEO. It’s now Full BEO, since it carries more than the kitchen’s part.
