See who approved each document
When a public liability certificate turns out to be the wrong one, the first question is who approved it. 1pm now keeps the answer.
Who and when
Approve or reject an uploaded file and the line under it says who did it and when, for example “Approved by Sarah Chen, 3 Nov 26 2:14 pm”. The name shows in an event’s responses, on the contact’s record, and on the Rejected list on the Requests page.
On Document compliance
Each cell on Document compliance that comes from an approved upload names who approved it underneath. Download CSV adds an “approved by” column after each document. The Uploads expiring soon list on the Requests page shows it too.
Files approved before this change don’t have a name against them.
