Add Date and Area to Persistent Runsheet Parameters

When selecting a date in any live runsheet or agenda, 1pm will remember the settings so it retains these parameters on reload (similar to filters).

Prepend/Append Multiple PDF’s to Runsheet

Ability to add multiple PDF documents that will be included when downloading the printed runsheet, either prepended or appended to the 1pm runsheet. There may be the ability to add a specific PDF document for a Participant, e.g. a ‘Photography Brief’ or just apply the pdf to every pdf runsheet (WIP).
