ALLOCATE GUESTS TO TABLE NUMBERS/NAMES
Lets face it, assigning table numbers to guests can be a fiddly and cumbersome process in some event planning platforms, or even using a spreadsheet.
1pm automatically groups Particpants (Guests) into their assigned table/seat numbers to you visually see how many people are assigned to that table.
1pm is designed specifically for invite-only events, so it’s going to assume in most cases you won’t assign a seat - just a table number.
There is flexibility to call a table number anything you like, such as VIP1, VIP2 etc and then just assigned guests as you need to.
The system works with bulk selections so you don’t have to click and save every guest, just select the guests for that table and hit the button!
TABLE NUMBER SHOWS IN REAL-TIME ON AGENDA/RUNSHEET
All guests attending the event have access to their unique Agenda/Runsheet which prominently displays the table number they are assigned to.
Wait… does that mean you no longer need a table/seating plan that slows down the ingress of guests into the event and have people craning over other to find their table number? You betcha. Printed seating plans displayed at the entrance to your event are a thing of the past with 1pm.
And because all data in 1pm updates immediately in real-time, any changes to table assignments will be reflected on that guests agenda/runsheet in milliseconds (meaning happier guests).
