Take Photo in Chat

Photos can now be captured by any Crew member using 1pm within a Chat message to Admins.

This is very useful for providing context for critical events such as crowd control, medical, missing persons or security incidents.

Crew using 1pm can click on ‘Take Photos’ and the app will use their built-in camera phone to snap a quick photo of the incident or issue.

Once Admins receive the chat message, they can triage the incident and decide whether other Crew should be informed. For urgent incidents, 1pm will send an SMS to all receipients that contains a direct link to the incident.

That means even if they do not currently have 1pm running on their phones, they can click straight through and receive the photo and other information.
