White Glove Data Import of Contacts & Activity Service
Save time and hassle by getting 1pm support to import your Contacts, Crew & Activity into your 1pm Space.
All you need are existing spreadsheets of your CONTACTS and/or your ACTIVITY (runsheet).
The steps are as follows:
(1) Purchase this product to get the ball rolling.
(2) Email your current spreadsheet/s to [email protected].
(3) Support will reply within 24 hours with any futher steps required or suggestions for improving the data. For example, we will make sure these spreadsheets are formatted correctly for importing. We will advise you of any changes required to ensure the import is successful. This service does not include making substantial changes to your spreadsheets (which would be outside of the scope of the service). We will however, instuct you on the next steps required.
(4) If changes are required, complete these changes and email the spreadsheet to us again (preferably within 24 hours).
(5) 24 hours after receiving the final spreadsheet, we will complete the data import into your Space. If we have any questions, we will contact you by email.
(6) Check the data is correct, and advise support if any adjustments are required.
You will then have all your data imported correctly into 1pm!
What data can be imported?
1pm currently supports the import of Contacts and Activity.
Will you import the Crew list as well?
No, this service is for your contacts and activity import. Once we have imported your contacts, you can easily add the Crew by bulk selecting them from within 1pm as you please.
Do I need to import Activity as well?
No, you can just send us your Contacts and you can add your activity later. This service does also include importing your activity, however the activity spreadsheet will need to be setup correctly with the following fields for the best outcome:
Area Shortcode (if required).
Crew Assignment Shortcode/s (if required).
Tag (if required).
