PARTICIPANT MANAGEMENT
1pm manages your guests, suppliers, venues, locations and task assignees (Participants) in one central contact database shared with all users. Import or enter once — then use forever, at your fingertips.
Participants are created easily by importing from any existing system that supports CSV export (so it’s easy to get your existing data in without data entry)*.
Tags allow powerful categorisation of contacts and guests e.g. functional ‘PHOTOGRAPHER’, ‘CATERER’ or cohorts e.g. ‘SYDNEY-TEAM’.
By using 1pm’s centralised contact manager, you’ll never have to reenter guest and supplier information for future events.

RUNSHEETS ARE REAL-TIME
Instantly share a live runsheet link via email to anyone so they always have the latest runsheet (and can print it or share it as well).
Add an activity (even during the event) and the live runsheet updates instantly without refreshing or reloading.
Assign activities to suppliers, collegaues or friends and they can clearly see what they need to do, and you can see when tasks are completed.
SHAREABLE PRINTED PDF RUNSHEETS
Guests can print the latest versioned runsheet or agenda from their guest portal anytime without logging in or registering an account.
But what happens when Mel from Marketing needs the runsheet because they forgot to print it (or has yesterdays version?). Mel just scans the shareable QR Code off any ohte 1pm runsheet (digital or printed) to view the latest, live runsheet.
ONLINE RSVP & EVENT PORTAL
1pm comes with powerful digital RSVP features including a unique portal link for each participant where they can update their RSVP Status, add dietary requirements, leave notes for the organiser and see their table numbers and the public event agenda.
That’s right, with 1pm you won’t need to print table number charts.
The Event Portal can be branded with your own logos and colours and also provides detailed information about the event (becoming an instant event website!) including parking, key areas, transportation and other key details without lifting a finger.
Advanced features include Groups that allow you to group family members together, and offer +1’s for any guests.
If you prefer to send your invitations using your existing contact channels, 1pm allows you to export your guest list for import to another email platform (while still allowing guests to RSVP through the Event Portal).
