1pm is the event booking CRM for event professionals and venues. It takes a job from the first lead to the paid booking (leads, quotes, proposals, agreements, deposits, invoices), then runs the event itself with a live BEO and a live run of show that crew, suppliers and the client open on their phones without logging in.
Built by someone who worked the events

For eleven years Chris Jack photographed weddings and corporate events for a living: about a thousand of them, in ballrooms, vineyards, conference rooms and on the occasional rooftop. In that time he was handed more than 800 printed run sheets.
Some were excellent. Many were an eight-point spreadsheet, printed in a hurry, already out of date, with three versions in three different hands by the time the doors opened. The first version of 1pm fixed exactly that: one live run of show everyone could read on a phone.
The people using it then asked for the rest. Where the quote lived, where the invoice lived, why the BEO was still a separate document. So 1pm grew backwards to the lead and forwards to the final payment, and the run of show became one part of a full booking system. Chris still runs every one of his own photography clients on it.
Who 1pm is for
Two groups, and both run their own bookings in 1pm. Event professionals work events at places they do not own: planners, caterers, photographers, AV teams, celebrants. Venues host them: hotels, restaurants and dedicated event spaces.
