How 1pm compares.
1pm is the event booking CRM for event pros and venues. These pages set it beside the software you are most likely weighing it against, using each company's own published material, and each one says plainly who should buy the other product.

Read the comparisonWhat 1pm is, in one paragraph
1pm takes a booking from the first lead to the final payment: a lead form for your website, a leads inbox, an auto reply that checks the date and sends a priced quote, proposals, agreements, deposits, invoices and a Xero sync. Then it runs the event: a live BEO, menus and plate costing, a diary for each room, and a live run of show that crew, suppliers and the client open from a private link with no login. It costs $20 or $40 a month (US dollars).
What 1pm does not do
1pm has no floor plan or seating tool, no native mobile app, no venue marketplace, and no link to a hotel property system, a point of sale or a reservation system. Its accounting sync is Xero only. If one of those is essential to you, the comparison pages name the product that has it.
