Expert help FAQ
We meet on a video call at a time that suits you, and we share our screen so you can watch the work happen rather than being talked at. With your permission we sign into your account for the length of the session and build alongside you, so you finish with the thing actually set up, not a list of instructions. Access is granted for that session only, it is logged, and it ends when the session does.
No, and you should not pay for support. Answering questions, fixing problems, and helping you find your way around are free and always will be, on every plan. Expert help is different: it is hands-on setup and training, where we do the work with you inside your account. If you are not sure which one you need, ask us and we will tell you honestly.
Yes, and most people should. Three hours works well as three separate hours on different days, so you can go away and use what you built before the next one. Six hours can be a single day or spread across a fortnight. You book each session yourself from a link we send you after payment.
Yes, twelve months from the day you buy them. That is long enough to work around a busy season and short enough that nobody is holding hours they have forgotten about.
Tell us which block you want and we will email you a Stripe invoice, which you can pay by card. All prices are in US dollars. Once it is paid we send you a booking link and you pick your times from our real availability.
We are in Australia, and we deliberately keep hours open for customers in Europe and North America. The booking page shows the times in your own time zone, not ours, so what you pick is what you get.
No. You can buy expert help during your free trial, and quite a few people do, because the fastest way to find out whether 1pm fits your operation is to have someone set it up with your real events in it.
