Entertainers

The event booking CRM for entertainers.

You are the part of the night people remember. 1pm answers leads on the dates you are free, sends a quote the client can adjust, takes the deposit, collects the playlist, and tells everyone in the act exactly when they are on.

Professional plan, from $20/month. 30-day free trial. No credit card.

Built for an act that sells its time

An entertainer sells a set, on a date, at a time. Every lead starts with the same question, and the act that answers first with a price usually gets the booking. The leads arrive on Friday and Saturday nights, which is exactly when you are working.

After the booking comes the detail: how many hours, which extras, the songs they love and the songs they never want to hear, the names to say out loud. On the night, you go on when the speeches finish, and the speeches never finish on time.

An inbox, a calendar, a payments app and a music form each hold one piece of that. 1pm holds all of it on one booking, from the first email to the final invoice.

Built for bands, DJs, MCs, dancers, roving and fire performers, and photo booth companies.

Sales CRM

Answer "are you free?" before the next act does

Most leads ask one question first, and they ask three other acts at the same time. 1pm answers for you when the answer is yes, and keeps the whole conversation in one place for when you are off stage.

Auto Reply that checks you are free

Before 1pm replies to a new lead, it checks every booking you hold on that date. Give the form start and end times, and a lunch gig does not block an evening one. If you are already booked, nothing sends and you get a notification naming the clash.

Help: Auto Reply to new leads

A quote in the first reply

Put a package on your reply template, and every reply it sends carries a live quote the client can open and accept, including the ones Auto Reply sends while you are performing.

A lead type for each kind of gig

Set up Wedding, Corporate and Private party as separate lead types, each with its own form fields, reply, quote and terms. One form on your website can offer them all with a dropdown.

Every email with the client in one thread

Reply from the Leads inbox, or answer the notification email from your phone between sets, and it lands in the same thread. Log the calls beside the emails, so the whole conversation is in one place.

Quotes & bookings

Sets, hours and extras on one quote

Three hours or four? The ceremony set as well? One quote the client can adjust replaces three near-identical ones, and the date is not yours to sell again until they have paid.

The client chooses the hours

Let the client move your performance time between the hours you set, such as 3 to 5 in half-hour steps. The price updates as they go, and accepting writes the agreed start and finish times onto the booking.

Help: Letting a client adjust a quote

Extras they can tick

Offer a ceremony set, an extra performer or a guest book as optional lines. The client ticks them on or off, and an extra they declined can never be billed by accident.

Help: Your items catalog and packages

Accept, agree and pay on one page

The client accepts the quote, agrees to your terms by typing their name, and pays the deposit, all at one private link with no login. A second client cannot accept a quote that clashes with a gig you already hold.

Help: Event confirmations

Balances that chase themselves

Bill the deposit and the balance as separate invoices. An automation emails the client the day the balance falls overdue, and stops the moment they pay. Take cards through your own Stripe account with no platform fee.

Requests & briefs

The music, the names and the moments, without chasing

The first dance, the do-not-play list, the names the MC has to say right. Ask once, and the answers arrive on the booking.

Your questionnaire, asked for on booking

Save your questions once as a request pack (first dance, must-play songs, the do-not-play list) and link it to a lead type. Every booking of that type asks the client for it in their event portal.

Help: Client questionnaires and surveys

The MC's notes on the booking

Ask for the names of the speakers and how to say them, and save the answer onto the booking. It lands in the event brief, where you read it before you pick up the microphone.

Reminders that send on schedule

Build an automation that emails the client a set number of days before the event, such as a reminder that the final playlist is due. Every client email waits 24 hours for you to check it before it sends.

Every gig in your phone's calendar

Subscribe Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar to your bookings with one link. New and moved bookings appear on their own when your calendar next refreshes.

Run of show

Know when you are on

Your set starts when the speeches finish, and the speeches never finish on time. Everyone in the act, and the client, works from the same times.

The client sees the same times

Give the client their own link to the run of show, even while the quote is still out. It updates while they are looking at it, and links back to their booking to pay the balance.

Help: Sharing the run of show with your client

Push your set when the night runs late

When the speeches run 20 minutes long, 1pm flags the clash with your next item. One tap pushes that item, or every item after it, and every link shows the new times.

Help: Pushing the timeline when an item runs over

A link for each performer

Share the run of show with each musician or dancer, with no login. Write each one a note only they see: their call time, their costume, which entrance to use.

Help: Personal notes for each crew member

Still works with no reception

Marquees, vineyards and function rooms in a basement often have no signal. Open the link once beforehand and the run of show still loads on the night. Items ticked off while offline sync when the connection returns.

Questions from entertainers

I am a solo act. Is this too much?

No. Most of what a solo act uses is the sales side: answering leads, sending a quote, taking the deposit and chasing the balance. The crew features stay out of the way until you add a second performer.

I do not have a venue. Do I need to set up Spaces?

No. Your bookings do not need a Space, and without one Auto Reply checks every booking you hold on the date.

Can I send the running order to the venue or the planner?

Yes. Share a link with anyone who needs it, such as the venue coordinator, with no login. They see the run of show, and it updates when you change a time.

Do my clients need an account?

No. The client opens their quote, terms, questionnaire and run of show from private links, with no login and no password.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days with every feature, and no credit card.

Every feature, for every kind of business, is on the features page.
